Pre-season training is now underway - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00. Details are on social media and new players are very welcome
Leamington Royals are playing at home on Saturday against Nottingham Outlaws at 2.30. We will not be showing the Lions v Australia Test on TV but some are gathering at the White Horse and will make it up to the Club afterwards and will be able to watch the Royals live.
The draw for the Warwickshire Shield has been announced. 14 clubs have entered and the first round will be on or before the 16 November. We have a bye and do not play until on or before 22 February and we have drawn our old rivals Newbold from Rugby, who we haven’t played for a few years
The AGM is on Wednesday 30 July at 8.00. Separate notification, including the full set of papers was sent by email last week. If you haven’t got them, please let me know and I will send you a copy

Autumn Internationals. We still have a few tickets available for the England v Australia game on 1 November. The application form is attached. Our ticket allocation for the other games has been sold.
Hayley White, our Club Safeguarding Officer, is organising a Play it Safe course, on behalf of the RFU Wednesday 20th August, starting at 18.15 for 18.30. There is an upfront cost of £15 which can be reimbursed on completion. This is open to all clubs through an online booking link but it is available to Leamington on a first come first served basis.
