After the great performance against Old Leamingtonians last week, we were unable to keep our form going, as we went down 27-21 at Camp hill on Saturday. We started well with an early try from Harry Healy but our hosts came back at us and scored twice before we regained the lead, late on half time when Jim Reed crashed over. With a narrow lead and the advantage of the slope, the situation looked promising for the second half but a succession of yellow cards disrupted our play and Park took advantage to score 2 more tries and we needed a late effort from Gareth Shuttleworth to at least gain a bonus point. The Colts played Newbold in the semi-final of the Warwickshihire Cup. Up against older and more experienced opposition, we fell behind in the first half but the team showed great spirit to come back in second period losing 7-27. The seconds’ game was cancelled

• The 1st team were away at Newbold in the Warwickshire Shield. Unfortunately, our injury list has caught up with us and we have withdrawn from the competition.
• The Seconds were due to play Shipston Veterans at home but that is now off
• The Colts are at home to Stratford

On Sunday morning
• The U16 are at home to Kenilworth
• The U13 are at home to Claverdon
• The U7-11 are all training
